Where are the items?

  • All products are shipped from our warehouse in the United States.

When will the package be shipped?

  • Packages are shipped within 1 business day of your order.
    Once shipped, an email will be sent to your email with package tracking information.
  • If you can't find the mail, please check your trash, otherwise it may be rejected by your mail system, please contact us.
  • Your orders typically arrive within 2-4 business days after the shipment is dispatched (some countries may experience longer delivery times; please feel free to reach out to us if you are uncertain). If your package does not arrive on time, you can contact us for assistance.

Shipping Method

  • FedEx and UPS as our logistics partner to ship out Glowlings products. 
  • Delivery time varies by shipping method. 
  • Shipping time depends on your location and the origin of the package.
  • Item departure point will be sent via customer service email.

  • We offer free shipping on all oders(Only For United States).
  • All our packages are shipped free of charge, if you need faster shipping please contact our customer service team in advance official@glowlings.com.

I ordered more than one item. Will they all be delivered at the same time?

  • We try to make sure all your items reach you at the same time. 
  • Sometimes our products are not always sent together since different shipping options can be used, depending on the product.
  • Once an item has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email.

Is there an express option?

  • Yes! There is an additional cost for the courier option, please email us your order and destination and we will calculate the custom postage.

Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

  • Unfortunately, we cannot change the shipment once the product is en route.

Notes:

  • If the order is canceled by the customer more than 1 hour after placing an order, the customer must bear any return shipping fees that may apply.
  • If the wrong address is provided by the customer, and this leads to the package being lost or otherwise becoming unrecoverable, the customer shall bear the loss. Glowlings will not replace the order or issue a refund.
